Studio at Chateau Nightwind w/ Awesome BVI Views

Heaven sent. Positive: It’s lovely. It’s a nice place to go and sit which is all I wanted to do in this trip, sit, by myself and commune with God. The setting was ideal for that and it offers a pleasant walking experience. If I were a princess, I’d rent this place. The seclusion is nice. Negative: I have no dislikes. There are wild cats out there, I wish I had brought them some food. Lol, be sure to bring food up there for you and the occasional outdoor pet. They are nice. :)

Positive: This stay was soo perfect for a week baecation❤️The views was immaculate!! Everything in the home was organized , nice & clean. It was so nice of the host to even add swimming gear to use while enjoying the beach. I will truly be back to stay at this amazing home 🌴❤️. Negative: Taxis could get pricey going back and forth & hard to find due to the location but its best to just book a rountrip with your driver so you’ll have an guaranteed ride & better rates.

Stayed at the property for a night before moving to St John! The space was comfortable and the location was convenient! We enjoyed the view and overnight! Seemed the internet was down when we were there, but we didn’t much care as we sat on the porch and didn’t really want to watch any TV or stare at our phones!

Communication was sporadic at best and inconsistent. Received text messages at times and sometimes received messages through VRBO. Moreover, never got adequate responses or adequate results. I was traveling on business and needed the internet which never worked. I left after my second night and ended up spending money on a different property. The air conditioner was subpar at best. When I got to the property there were no fans on, no windows open, and the AC was not on. It was 83° inside the property at 9:00 at night. Needless to say, the first night was fairly sleepless and uncomfortable. Looking forward to a better night. On the second night, I arrived back at the property after working a 12-hour day in the heat only to find that it was a muggy 74° inside. Between the intermittent and lagging response times, uncomfortable temperatures, and the lack of ability to communicate my work using the internet. I opted to leave after my second night.

This property was not the “excellent property with awesome down island views” that we were expecting. It was dreary downstairs efficiency apartment with a narrow down island views through power lines. Sitting outside on the porch was not possible when it was raining as the rain dripped through the upper deck. The there was no door to the laundry/utility room so this was our view from the bed. There’s more but in summary it’s not what is described and priced. We left as soon as we found another place to stay. We informed the owner and asked for refund and have not received a response.
